Welcome to LeadMatic, a product of AlphieSoft. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LeadMatic platform and services, including lead recovery tools, call forwarding with a commercial number, voicemail-to-email, chatbot implementation for SMS and WhatsApp, and email marketing services (“Services”).

By using LeadMatic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Services Provided

LeadMatic offers the following core services:

• Lead Recovery: Retrieval and tracking of lost or missed leads, including voicemail-to-email notifications.
• Commercial Number & Call Forwarding: Provision of a dedicated number that routes calls to designated numbers based on user configuration.
• Voice Message Recovery: Delivery of voicemail content via email for quicker lead response.
• Chatbot Integration: Automated chatbot deployment and support for SMS and WhatsApp.
• Email Marketing: Tools for creating, managing, and sending email campaigns.

2. Account Registration and Access

For our email marketing service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
• Send unsolicited or spam messages using SMS, WhatsApp, or email marketing features.
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our Services.

4. Data Privacy and Communication

You are responsible for the data you collect and send through our Services. You must obtain proper consent from users before sending messages. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Voice, SMS, and WhatsApp Usage

Message delivery depends on third-party networks. You agree to comply with the messaging platform policies and applicable regulations.

6. Email Marketing Compliance

You must comply with anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR (if applicable). You are responsible for opt-in consent, opt-out handling, and email content compliance.

7. Fees and Payments

LeadMatic is a subscription-based service. Payment terms are outlined at the time of subscription. Non-payment may result in service suspension.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds are provided for unused time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content and software remain the intellectual property of AlphieSoft. You may not reproduce, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

LeadMatic is provided “as is.” AlphieSoft is not liable for any damages or losses from your use of the Services.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
